GRINDING MILLS

The mill is the indispensable tool in livestock farms for the production of flour derived from the milling of any type of grain or by-product, it becomes an equipment of primary importance in various industries. The design of our mill makes it functional and easy to use, moreover it allows obtaining fine, uniform and absolutely not heated flour. The mills we produce are composed of:
– Machine frame made of thick sheet metal
– Mill stand
– Complete gearbox
– Inspection door
– Motor and transmission unit.

Our standard models are:
– MT – 36 (production of 4 T/h) – MT – 56 (production of 6 T/h)

The MT-type mill consists of a heavy-gauge, electrowelded steel plate case reinforced with bolted breaker plates, (which can be interchanged in case of wear), disc gearbox complete with hammers fixed on high-strength hardened steel shafts. Special steel gear shaft attached to the housing by means of two large base bearings suitable for high speeds. Motion is transmitted through a series of V-belts by an electric motor. The conveying and distribution channel comes with a magnet box, (easily removed for cleaning) suitable for catching any iron contamination in the product. The models of our grinding mills are distinguished according to the hammers:
– MT 36 consisting of the complete gearbox of 36 hammers;
– MT 56 consisting of the complete gearbox of 56 hammers.
