Bagging machines are mainly used for bagging pulverulent and granular materials. Our experience regarding the various models of bagging machines used has enabled us to adapt the machines to the construction industries for bagging cement, concrete, filler, sand, etc., chemical industry in general, or in the food industry for packaging products such as flour, starch, sugar, pellets, etc.

The auger bagging machine mod. IEC – 150 has a sturdy sheet steel construction in welded and bolted execution, with an internal spiral with variable pitch and quick extraction of the spiral to avoid contamination of the various products. It is also equipped with inspection doors for better cleaning. The spiral is moved by a gear motor equipped with an inverter that facilitates the extraction of difficult products. It is equipped with an electronic scale with weighing display, electronic control panel, pneumatically expanding dust-tight bag mouth adjustable bag support surface. The processing sequence is done automatically by operating a foot pedal.

The belt bagging machine mod. IEN – 200 is suitable for bagging loose materials such as grains, cereals, seeds, ground and cubed products. The bagging machine in welded and bolted execution, is supplied complete with loading hopper, with adjusting damper, electronic scale for indoor use with weighing display and memory, pneumatic expansion dust-tight bag spout, height-adjustable bag support surface. Belt motion is by means of a gear motor under inverter.
