Our Big Bags dumps are constructed of tubular steel in welded and bolted execution. The adjustable upper part, to which the servant frame is placed on the bag attachment. Material receiving hopper resting on vibration dampers locked on the rack, with containment sides rubber mat designed to support the bag. A vibration unit consisting of a grid with frames attached to vibration damping rubbers, dust seal gaskets, complete with an open-mouth hopper for attaching the metering unit, is placed inside the hopper.
With the experience gained in the field of microdosing of supplements and premixes, as an alternative to our download Big Bags, we have designed and created the microcomponent unit consisting of rectangular-shaped cells made of AISI 304 stainless steel or in altertnative hot-dip galvanized iron. The standard version of the plant consists of: Big Bags unloader, screw conveyors, elevator, pneumatic two-way or three-way valve, pneumatic dampers, structure with rectangular cells (a minimum of 4 cells to a maximum of 10 cells of the capacity of 1 m3/each). Extraction system with screw extractors, balance weighed through load cells ranging from 50 to 600 kg or more, with minimal tolerances and screw extractor to ensure maximum cleanliness.
