HORIZONTAL MIXERS
The MOM model mixer is composed of a single reel with a double concentric coil, suitable for mixing powder and granular products of various kinds, with different specific weights it is possible to add liquid components and/or materials through the ED feeder. Our mixer has a sturdy construction of thick press-bent sheet steel, electro-welded and bolted heads, mixing reel with concentrically opposed spirals, cast iron supports with swing bearings, top cover with inspection door, motor, pendulum and V-belt drive unit.
Our models are:
– MOM – 5 (Capacity 1,100 Lt.);
– MOM – 10 (Capacity 2,600 Lt.);
– MOM – 20 (Capacity 4,500 Lt.);
– MOM – 30 (Capacity 6,000 Lt.).

DOSERS
The dosing extractor is needed for dosing micro-ingredients/concentrates/additives for mixing plants.
With the Model Dosing Machine: ED you have many advantages:
– elimination of manual addition operations.
– high accuracy in dosing.
– avoids contamination of the material.
The feeder of our manufacture consists of a square-shaped iron or stainless steel cell, inspection hatch for reel cleaning and maintenance. Rotary reel inside the casing to maintain material handling, extraction system with auger extractor and two gear motors (One for reel handling and one for extraction auger handling).
Our models are:
– ED 50 (Capacity 200 Lt.);
– ED 100 (Capacity 600 Lt.).
