The silos we produce
are divided into storage silos and mixing silos.
The storage silos of our production have a thick welded structure with profile reinforcements, complete with self-supporting sheet metal roof, protective railing, filter and emergency valve connection, sealed inspection hatch to prevent dust spillage, high-strength hardware, cone with thick sheet metal complete with angle frame for possible damper attachment, tubular ground support legs, reinforcement plates, crossbars for stiffening the legs.
Mixer silos are designed for mixing various materials; they are used for mixing and storing materials: plastic granular, floury or cubed. Sturdy all-steel construction with large opening hatches to allow quick and easy cleaning. They are equipped with safeties according to accident prevention standards. Product discharge is done with manual valves placed at useful height. The product is loaded by means of a thick steel auger. Mixer silos can be supplied with external and internal treatments of hot-dip galvanizing or painting (also epoxy) alternatively supplied in stainless steel.
