METAL BUCKET ELEVATORS

Metal Bucket Elevators are designed to achieve elevation of granular and floury materials. The construction is sturdy, fully bolted for ease of various maintenance, and also provides a total seal against dust leakage. Removable sections are provided for inspection, cleaning and maintenance operations.

Our elevators consist of:

– FEET with steel pulley mounted on cast iron supports with top brand adjustable oscillating bearings, interchangeable shaft made of high-strength material tightened by means of double-bar shrink discs and turnbuckles.

– Rectangular-section steel sheet CANES with bolted doors for maintenance/cleaning. – Anti-oil – antistatic 3-ply belt 1 cm thick, complete with plastic, nylon or steel cups, mounted with bolts designed to prevent slippage on the pulley.

– HEAD with interchangeable shaft made of high-strength material tightened by means of shrink disks inside the steel pulley; all mounted on cast iron supports with adjustable swing bearings, complete with motor, gearbox with torque arm and/or transmission assembly.
