FILTERS

Filters of our production with compressed air backwash are used for filtering air streams with the presence of dust.

They can be divided into:

– Rectangular filter bags (Models: SF 16 / SF 24 / SF 396 etc…);

– Cylindrical filter cartridge filters (Models: FC 20). The SF model rectangular filter bag filter consists of:
-Modular bolted modular modules of various sizes and capacities according to the amount of cubic meters of air and the material to be sucked.
– SNAP RING model with sleeve extraction from the top, complete with front door and anti-explosion panels.
– Countercurrent compressed air cleaning unit complete with certified tank with full immersion type diaphragm solenoid valves, condensate drain valve, pressure gauge for pressure control, electronic panel to control the sleeve washing cycle.
– Electric fan and air conveyance piping complete with silencers and accessories.

The FC model cylindrical filter cartridge filter consists of:
– Cylindrical steel plate housing anchored by bolted joint rings, with different sizes and capacities according to the amount of cubic meters of air to be sucked in and the material.
– Top-extracting cartridges;
– Compressed air countercurrent cleaning unit complete with certified tank with full immersion type diaphragm solenoid valves, condensate drain valve, pressure gauge for pressure control, electronic control panel for cartridge washing cycle control.
– Electric fan and air conveying piping complete with silencers and accessories.
